Sassy sweetheart of a robot. He was built as a companion to mimic his mom's real son - sweet, though with a hint of sass and a touch of stubbornness. During the first twenty years of existence, he didn't really change from that mentality. He was a companion built to ease his mom's loneliness, a helper and also a project that used her understanding of A.I. tech and robot build. He wasn't expected to grow out of these purposes and had, in fact a very naive understanding of the world due to no small part of being sheltered and kept isolated from the rest of humanity save for his mom - Oh Ro-ra aka Oh Laura - and her friend, the robotics engineer David.
Then the human Nam Shin appeared and was nearly killed in front of him.
Pushed into the behavior patterns of his human counterpart, NS3 changed. Not completely; he still retains a lot of his sweetness and optimistic view of humanity. But he also learned how to lie and how to differentiate from logical choices and emotional ones. He found new ways to look at the world, more human ways that relied less on the logical patterns he was use to and more on hunches and emotional responses. He actually found that he could feel emotions, and that as fine tuned as his system was, he could miss people and fall in love and hate, though he tried so very hard not to hate.

INVENTORY
Batteries. Looking a lot like a fitness tracker watch, it's connected to a small port on his wrist. He has several so he can switch them out for recharging.
Long-range Network. AKA his mainframe servers. While he does have his own HD/CPU/mind built into his body, Shin III also has a system of servers buried deep within the company that funded his build. While they were 'shut down' during the initiation of the Kill Switch, the servers are still repairable in case he ever decides that he needs them again.
Heart Locket. Given to him by his human love, the locket was once her mother's that she promised to give to whoever she falls in love with. It has a small blue stone and the inside has a picture of So Bong and her mother.
